Alva Labs is a Stockholm-based SaaS company that offers a solution that is helping global companies scientifically grow their team. Alva has created a unique candidate assessment platform that helps companies build their organizations with the right people in the right place. Combining state-of-the-art psychometrics, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, it provides the needed tool for data-driven talent acquisition.
We are growing 2-3x per year and are in the exciting phase to launch Alva in new markets. Our current focus is on building a great product, enabling Product-Lead-Growth, and releasing our next big bets.
Working in Sales at Alva Labs
Our sales team consists of a bunch of great people, with both Sales Development Representatives (SDR's), Account Executives, and team leads.
As SDR, you will be responsible for the initial part of the funnel making sure to book qualified meetings to ensure a strong pipeline. By using the right tech stack, it will be easy to identify the right prospects and get in touch with them using best practices and the latest technology.
The Account Executive is a quota-carrying role and your primary responsibility will be to drive, develop and close sales opportunities that are qualified by the Sales Development team. You will be part of a tight-working sales team. We are growing rapidly, and value future leadership potential. Prove your capacity and that not even the sky is the limit.
The role of a team lead at Alva is for people that have a proven all-star sales and leadership record within quota carrying sales. The team leads are passionate about sales operations and comfortable driving processes together with team members through leading by doing. Leading the team comes naturally to the team lead by showing what needs to be done.

Maybe have worked in sales before, maybe you haven’t. To be super transparent: if you are the right person (because that we care a lot about), we can help you reach your full potential on site.

- Genuinely enjoy handling stakeholders of all sorts.
- Goal-oriented (some would call it stubbornness, we just used the fancy CV appropriate term).
- Our company language is English, so no need to speak Swedish.
- Weird senses of humor are also always welcomed, but more of a nice-to-have.
- Future leadership potential.
- Swedish, as well as any other language as we’re on an international expansion journey.
