To expand our impact, we’re hiring 2–3 part-time Support Specialists, ideal for students who can commit to at least 25% (around 10 hours per week). You’ll be part of a well-supported team, led by a full-time Customer and Candidate Support Manager, ensuring you have the guidance and resources to excel.

The company
Alva Labs offers a SaaS solution that is helping global companies grow their team in a scientific way. Alva has created a unique candidate assessment platform that helps companies build their organisations with the right people in the right place. By combining state-of-the-art psychometrics, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, it provides the needed tool for data-driven talent acquisition.
The role
Support tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:
You'll be the first point of contact for candidates, handling inbound conversations through chat and email. This includes addressing a range of questions, such as technical support inquiries, providing clarity on how to use our platform, explaining how test results are applied in recruitment processes, and sharing insights into the research behind our assessments. Your role is to ensure candidates have a seamless experience, offering clear and supportive guidance every step of the way.
Being able to troubleshoot minor technical issues and showing clear problem-solving skills.
Flexibility. The Support team is Alva’s smallest function but the team spirit is strongly rooted. We prioritize helping each other, stepping in whenever needed to ensure our candidates receive the best possible experience.
Take a genuine interest in improving our product by sharing insights and feedback. As the voice of one of our most important stakeholders—our candidates—you’ll play a key role in helping us enhance their experience.
You
We believe in finding the right person, rather than the right CV. That said, if you already have a background in Psychology, HR, Customer Support or Customer Success – that’s always an upside. However, we do expect:
A candidate obsession. You take true ownership in delighting our candidates.
Result-orientation. You always strive to give it your best and want to constantly improve.
Flexibility and availability. You can balance a part-time work schedule alongside your studies, including occasional evening or weekend shifts when needed.
Quick learner. You’re eager to learn about our products and systems and can adapt to new tools and processes efficiently.
Tech-savvy and AI-curious. You have an interest in technology and already explore ways AI can enhance daily life. You’re excited by the idea of streamlining repetitive tasks and finding innovative ways to improve processes, helping Alva solve more challenges autonomously over time.
Our candidates comes from many different countries and speak many languages. Therefore fluent Swedish and English (verbal & written) is required and if you speak another language that would be great!
