Alva Labs is a Stockholm-based B2B SaaS company that offers a talent assessment solution where we help our customers grow their teams in a scientific and data-driven way. By combining state-of-the-art psychometric assessments, the latest research in designing candidate selection systems, data science, and an obsession with candidate and user experience, we are attempting to redefine the industry and help our companies set and reach the bar for what world-class hiring looks like.
The role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Alva, you will be in charge of the full recruitment cycle: identifying the need from the organization, sourcing candidates, interviewing, building work sample cases together with hiring managers, and, of course, celebrating every great new hire! You will work on recruiting for various roles across the company—tech and non-tech—helping us maintain our balance between commercial and technical teams.
In addition to recruitment, you’ll also dive into other HR-related initiatives, such as:
Leading onboarding efforts to make every new hire feel welcome and set up for success.
Supporting performance reviews to ensure they are well-structured and impactful.
Managing offboarding processes with professionalism, ensuring a smooth transition for departing team members.
This is a parental leave cover on a 50% basis, starting May 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.
You
We didn’t know exactly what to call this role. Is it a TA or HRPB we are looking for? We know you need to be able to run hiring processes on your own, and we know you will help out in the broader HR work, where help is needed. We do know it will probably be easier for you to thrive in this role if you tick some of these boxes:
Have worked with inhouse or external recruitment before
Have worked with broader HR tasks, such as onboarding, performance, offboarding and more
Are structured and driven
Are a strong collaborator that can we solve problems together
Take action and ownership when you see something that needs to be done
