Sales Development Lead at Alva Labs

At Alva, we’re building an AI-first approach to sales development where every conversation counts. We help companies hire better, fairer, and smarter using science and data. Now we’re looking for a Sales Development Lead — someone ready to own the entire outbound motion, turn signals into opportunities, and shape how modern sales development is done.

You’ll lead a small and hands-on team of two SDRs (including yourself). This means you’ll still be in the trenches — prospecting, experimenting, and talking to potential customers — but also taking ownership of structure, performance, and learning. You’ll work closely with RevOps, Marketing, and Sales to build a signal-based, data-driven outbound engine from the ground up.

We’re looking for someone who has already worked as an SDR or BDR with strong results and is ready to take the step into leadership. Someone who knows the craft, can coach others, and thrives when given freedom and trust to build things that last.
You probably recognize yourself in this:

• Proven track record as an SDR or BDR with strong outbound results
• Ready to lead, mentor, and develop others while staying hands-on
• Comfortable guiding your own work and setting structure where there isn’t any yet
• Naturally collaborative — you’ll work tightly with Marketing and RevOps to act on signals and campaigns
• Curious about AI and how tech can make outreach smarter, not just faster
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Motivated by ownership, autonomy, and tangible results
