🎯 The role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Alva Labs, you’ll sit right at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer success. This is a role for someone who loves taking something complex and turning it into messaging that clicks — the kind of clarity that helps teams move faster, sell better, and create real customer value.
Your core responsibility is to operationalize Alva’s product narrative into clear, compelling, and commercially effective messaging and assets. You’ll take our high-level product strategy and roadmap and translate it into practical, high-quality deliverables that Sales and CS use every single day. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and directly tied to our ability to win and grow.
Here’s what you’ll work on:
Sales Enablement (Primary Responsibility)
You’ll develop and maintain the full suite of sales enablement assets, including:
pitch decks
demo narratives
talk tracks
objection handling frameworks
competitive battlecards
ROI and value messaging
You’ll partner closely with AEs and SDRs to understand real deal friction and build tools that actually remove it. You’ll run regular enablement sessions to ensure consistency across teams and continuously refine assets as markets, products, and messaging evolve.
Narrative Implementation
You’ll translate Alva’s product narrative into structured messaging for each persona, product module, and use case — ensuring consistency across decks, website content, collateral, and product storytelling.
Go-To-Market Execution
You’ll plan, manage, and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for product launches, aligning teams on audiences, messaging, assets, enablement, and rollout timing.
Customer Adoption & Retention
You’ll drive customer adoption and retention through targeted messaging, campaigns, and in-product narrative support. You’ll collaborate with CS to build upgrade and expansion paths grounded in clear value communication.
Market & Competitive Insights
You’ll partner with Sales and RevOps on win/loss analysis to strengthen messaging and positioning. You’ll stay close to the competitive landscape, spot opportunities to sharpen differentiation, and bring insights back into product and GTM discussions.
Your work will help Alva communicate clearly, adopt quickly, and win more often — and you’ll see the impact in real time.

You’ll likely recognize yourself here:
Experience in Product Marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech
Strong background in sales enablement, GTM execution, and value messaging
Comfortable partnering closely with product, sales, and customer success
Proven ability to create high-impact sales assets with clarity and speed
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Strong business acumen and the ability to connect product capabilities to customer value
Motivated to understand the market, the competitive landscape, and customer context
A natural sense of ownership and a desire to bring structure, clarity, and storytelling into every part of the product journey
