What we’re looking for

• Experience of data analysis, business intelligence, product analytics or similar.

• SQL skills for extracting and transforming data from analytical warehouses.

• Experience building dashboards and visualizations.

• Good understanding of experimentation and metrics design — you can define reliable success criteria and track impact.

• Product-minded — you can balance speed with rigor, surface insights that matter, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborative — you enjoy working across functions with product, design, engineers, and researchers.

What you’ll do

In one sentence: Deliver insights that drives product and business decisions.

• Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to monitor product performance, hiring funnel metrics, and data quality.

• Ensure metrics are well-documented and aligned with business definitions.

• Partner with stakeholders to design experiments, analyse results, and recommend data-driven next steps.

• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines and transformations in collaboration with the data engineering team.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses that inform strategic decisions and insights.

• Communicate findings clearly through written summaries, visualisations, and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
