About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to design data models, build ELT pipelines in BigQuery, and ensure data quality to drive product and business decisions. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our organization by building data pipelines to power high-quality analytics. This on-site position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

What You'll Work On

• Build scalable data models and optimize ELT pipelines to power dashboards and self-serve analytics.
• Ensure data quality through testing, governance, and documentation, maintaining high standards for our data.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to align data solutions with business needs.
• Continuously improve tools and processes for scalability, performance, and reliability, ensuring our data infrastructure is top-notch.

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical background in data architecture, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python.
• Experience in implementing data governance practices and monitoring data quality.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and enjoy working across functions with product, design, engineers, and researchers.
• A track record of successfully leading data-driven projects and initiatives is a plus.
• Experience in developing and executing data strategies aligned with business objectives is a plus.
• Fluent English is a requirement for this role.
